Join Dr. Fig as she explores the healing properties of homemade botanical smoke medicine, and how you can use it in every day life for health and wellbeing, increase mental clarity, reduce anxiety, or just to freshen up your home!
Participants will get hands on experience crafting 3 different styles of incense -loose blends, smudge sticks, and dough cones using a wide variety of farm fresh herbs and healing botanicals. Everyone will take home their wonderful blends and aromatic knowledge!
Cost: $75/ per person.
