Holistic Herbalism
Intro Program
Herb Ahava's comprehensive 200 hour Holistic Herbalism Program is divided into two parts:
Wild Tennessee Outdoor Exploration, and our
Online Holistic Herbalism Foundations Programs.
Take one program section at a time, or both sections together for a fully immersive herbal experience!
No previous herbal knowledge or experience is required as we will introduce you to a unique integrative Classical Five Element model to guide your view & understanding of botanical medicine and the human body.
Completion of both program sections fulfills requirements for a 200 Hour Herbalism Certificate.

Embark on a transformative journey with Herb Ahava’s 200-hour Holistic Herbalism Certificate Program, which combines our Online Herbal Immersion and Wild Tennessee Outdoor Programs for a comprehensive herbal education experience. This unique opportunity blends virtual learning with hands-on outdoor exploration, offering an in-depth understanding of plant medicine while immersing you in the rich biodiversity of Tennessee and North Carolina.

Ideal for those aiming to confidently homestead, become a skilled community and family healer, or transition into a rewarding career in herbalism, this program provides valuable knowledge and practical skills.
Upon completing Herb Ahava’s full 200-hour Holistic Herbalism Program, you’ll also have access to advanced clinical classes, job opportunities within our school, and 200 herbal hours toward the American Herbalist Guild's Registered Herbalist (RH) membership requirements.

HA Herbal Apothecary Package

We provide a full herbal apothecary package filled with over 50 single herbs + over 20 medicinal preparations from our herb farm, small growers, and sustainable wildcrafters across the country to guide your hands on learning experiences throughout the program.
​
As a part of our Full + Outdoor programs, students will be provided with additional unique seeds, transplants, and sustainably harvested plant material for their own personal garden and/or apothecary.
​
An Outdoor Gear List + Recommended Readings Book List will be issued prior to the program start date.
